InfiniBand™ Partners' Program
The InfiniBand™ Partners Program is designed to offer extra value to our existing Testing Program. The Partners Program provides two levels of comprehensive testing of the InfiniBand™ Trade Association's (IBTA) Integrators' List (IL) test suite as well as all currently developed IBTA IL Beta tests.
Through this program, we have been able to create a heterogeneous lab environment that enhances testing opportunities for our Partners. We have built an independent Compliance and Interoperability lab with devices from a wide variety of InfiniBand™ vendors along with the most up-to-date testing tools - we have a complete set of 1x and 4x generators and analyzers available. We provide highly confidential and very detailed compliance and interoperability reports as part of the testing performed in our lab.
Vendor Participation
As a condition for participation in the Partners Program, we ask each vendor to provide an InfiniBand™ device (along with current software/firmware updates). Lamprey Networks uses these devices for test development and our testing program. In return, we keep a Partner appraised of any compliance and interoperability problems discovered during the test development process.
Current List of InfiniBand™ Partners
Program Levels [each a 12 month period]
For each level, LNI provides:
- Testing on all IBTA IL tests and available IBTA beta tests
- A comprehensive report at the end of testing
- An IBTA results report and completion of all necessary documentation for IBTA IL pre-PlugFest testing (when desired)
Level I - $10,000
- A full week of testing may be scheduled twice during the 12-month period
- Two devices may be tested during each scheduled test period
- One Lamprey Networks Engineer
Level II - $20,000
- A full week of testing may be scheduled twice during the 12-month period
- Five devices may be tested during each scheduled test period
- Two Lamprey Networks Engineers
NOTE: If a vendor desires to test devices against the Lamprey Networks Transport Layer test suite, this would be negotiated separately for inclusion in the above Partners Levels.
